First time each week has a chance at new loot on both difficulties, after that you can just farm for different rolls on things you already have. Dang. Well good thing tomorrow is reset. I noticed that the drops through the course of the dungeon are repeated. It's the boss chest that drops new rolls/ un-acquired drops once a week.
